Change the new password to all your devices which use your LUT credentials: phone, tablet and applications like email and Eduroam.

Don’t use your username or any part of your name in password. Don't use the same password in more than one place! You can change password only once in 24 hours. You can’t use last 5 passwords.

To activate the Duo Mobile app, you need a new activation message, if
- you have adopted a new phone
- or you have reinstalled Duo Mobile app
- or the activation link you previously received has expired.
